Before we start with painting you search for an idee to paint. This could be an photo of something or you could just start producing something from the heart.
Here was the task of sketching a ruïn with charcoal. I find this such a wonderful material to work with, So th esketch ws ready in no time.....But now the hardest part came.......To paint the sketch on a large canvas cloth.First you make a light sketch and then start painting, from dark to light and from back to the front; The charcoal drawing is more beautiful than the painting.

My next job was a free assignment. Pure a painting to practice waves. First painted the left. Then the judge started. This is based on one Picture of my girlfriend on which her niece plays in the waves. And now I'm looking for inspiration for a third .... for a triptych.

Painted an "Abraham" on wood and rubbed it with a kind of glue so that the painting could be hanged out. And the rain won't destroy it.....
My next project is now drawing a picture of my husband after painting and painting ... and will be just a real challenge !!!!
